An independent retailer workshop, to help town and city centre businesses prepare and trade through what could be an interesting 2017.
We cannot be sure how 2017 will pan out in terms of consumer confidence, increased pricing and interest rates. We can, however, plan for every eventuality and bolster our defenses against tougher trading conditions.
Retail Consultant Corin Birchall, runs workshops across the UK and Europe on trading through tough times. In this new workshop for SME independent and specialist retail and leisure businesses, he will share a ten step plan and best practise to help you:
- Control and attract your own footfall
- Maxmise reduced footfall
- Defend against market volatility
- Maintain profitability – against knee-jerk price wars
- Increase average spend
- Stay front of mind
The 2 hour evening workshop is designed to be motivational, engaging, practical, hands on and will empower businesses to act the next day, with minimal financial investment. It can be delivered at a suitable venue in your town/city and targetted specifically to your businesses.
This is a must attend workshops for any retail and leisure business looking to ride the potential storm triggered by Brexit.
"The Great British High Street has survived one of the toughest trading periods in its history, we must not let any instability in the market, triggered by Brexit, damage it further." Corin Birchall
